Best host in PR

wonderful home located 5 minutes from the beach. This is not a tourist town, but it is just 25 minutes to San Juan. I like to explore local things, and this place has it. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Lovely home with a hot tub and a cool covered outside patio. All the comforts were thought of in this lovely home. Places to eat are within walking distance as is the town center. beach is close as are the mountains. Far enough away from tourist traps, yet close enough to visit if you wanted to.

Everything was great, except when ernesto the storm came rolling by. There were some minor glitches to The property. Water came in through the back door that leads to the back yard. Nothing big just a puddle. There was also a small leak in the master bed room through the ac. Again nothing mayor. Other than this, this place was great. It was comfortable and accommodating to say the least. And the host were very attentive to any problems that might have occur. Nevertheless aside of the minor glitches my wife and I recommend this place. You will like it.

Dorado stay

The house is amazing! I don't think the pictures do it justice. It looked very clean upon my arrival. The price is an affordable option to resorts in San Juan. The relatively early check in time was perfect and the host let me stay much later than the scheduled checkout time to accommodate my late flight. There are lots of things available in the house to make your stay pleasant in the house and at the beach. The hosts are a proactive husband and wife team. There were many power outages during my two weeks stay, but they usually didn't last long. One time, however, the power was out longer than usual. Before I contacted the host, she messaged me and let me know there was an unscheduled power outage that would last for several more hours. She said her husband can bring over a generator to power some appliances so we could have breakfast. I really appreciated Brenda reaching out and offering some help during that time. This house is in a residential neighborhood. There are chicken and dogs that make noises throughout the day and night - not constantly though. I don't think they necessarily woke me up, but if I woke up at 3 or 4am I couldn't get back to sleep with their barking. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs to help you sleep better. The location makes getting around the island doable. You can get practically anywhere on the island in about 3 hrs or less. We need numerous day trips to the far corners of the island.
