Wonderful location, very secure building, beautiful beach, and close to everything. The apartment itself is somewhat dated, blinds on windows broken, musty smell, could use new towels, wash cloths, beach chairs. It would be very helpful to have a booklet with local restaurants, activities, and instructions for things in the apartment. Communication before arriving seem to be quick but once we were there, it took a very long time for the host to respond.

I love this beachfront condo location on the 18th floor. Isla Verde is a great spot away from the craziness of downtown, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is also fabulous. Wonderful for a quick get-a-way for a long weekend.

Highly recommend Sonia’s place

This was our 5th time staying at the Marbella del Caribe condo building and can’t stress how amazing it is. Close to the airport, right in the heart of Isla Verde, close to everything and right on the beach!The condo itself was great! 18th floor with an amazing view over the ocean! It was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. One small detail to consider are the sets of keys the owner provides since you need a key fob to navigate the complex. We can’t thank Sonia enough for providing multiple sets, makes all the difference!Super easy check in and great communication, thanks again Sonia for the condo! 100% recommend!

Great views

Dated apartment. The blinds in the bedrooms didn't go up which was disappointing. Bed was comfortable all the appliances worked. The views, the sound of the ocean, and the proximity to the beach made up for the dates look of the apartment. Building was quiet, check in was easy.

Dusty and broken Blinds. Electric outlet not secure to the wall, missing tiles, broken door knobs. Wifi didn't work at first. Air conditioning leaking water to the Balcony not safe. apartment with strong musty smell.

Isla Verde Heaven

From start to finish our host, Sonia, was available if needed. She graciously allowed us to check out later when I informed her that our flight had been delayed. The view from this condominium is absolutely stunning. The condo itself is more than adequate and the location is near to local restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. I would certainly rent this unit again when visiting Puerto Rico.

Great Location

The unit is exactly as advertised. Great location, great view from the balcony. Spacious bedroom. pretty safe place. Sonia was easy to communicate. The water heater did not work when we arrived but she worked hard to get it fixed the next day. Kitchen and solitary bathroom were small but it was OK for our short trip. Overall, we really liked our stay at Sonia's place

Awesome Ocean View

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Sonia the host answered my questions in a timely manner and made sure we were aware of the ocean swimming conditions during our stay. Very relaxing vacation!

A great view and value but a not handicap friendly

The condo has an impressive view and location at a great value. However, was not very accessible for a wheelchair. Building is showing its age and does not conform to ADA rules. Sonia was helpful at solving any issues raised.

This condo is in a great location and has a wonderful view. It's comfortable but is in need of some basic updates. There were some early issues. Condo hadn't been cleaned before I arrived but owner took care of it the next day. I stayed the first night somewhere else and was reimbursed. I would definitely go back as I'm used to older beach cottages.

Beach Front Location

This property is located pretty much right on the beach, the view from the balcony was amazing! I love the fact that you walk right out of the building and the beach is a few feet away. There are multiple restaurants options everyone is friendly no matter where you go. This place had all the amenities we needed and more! We will definitely book with Sonia again in the future!

Great memories

The apartment is located in an area close to the airport and easy access to highways and expressways. It was a comfortable apartment for 4 people. Having the opportunity to go to the beach just a few steps from the apartment was great. There are many restaurants close to the property. In a few minutes we could get Uber service if we wanted to be in the metropolitan area. In other words, we recommend this place. Sonia was very helpful whenever we had any questions.
