Area was less than safe. The room was very small. No elevator, had to carry luggage up and down stairs. No nearby restaurants or stores. The shower did not have hot water. It was warm at best. The furniture was in poor conditions. Could not flush toilet paper. Had to put used toilet paper in the trash. The check-in was two blocks from the actual room. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was damp with no air circulation so we were sticky the whole time and our clothes stayed wet. The front desk is in a building around the corner. Mosquitos came in every time we opened the windows

Good location to go any part. The building is safe, good gates and security camaras all over. Room was clean ac good. No mcrowave or coffee in the hotel.

The room floor was dirty, and the bathroom fittings were poorly maintained. Otherwise, it’s suitable for a one- or two-night stay. The location is convenient—close to Old San Juan, Condado Beach, and the T-Mobile Arena.

The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing. Our first night, we were placed in a TINY room that didnt reflect the pics. The manager was gracious and moved us to a better room the next night. No hot water was available and the AC was either full on and freezing or had to turn off. The only saving grace was the staffs kindness.

The walk outside to get to my room and luggage watch was a bummer. The soap holder came off the wall. Overall, a good value. Just need a night before the cruise, walking distance to the old city port.

The front dest rep was stoned or on some sort of drugs and completely out of it. It took him like 25 minutes to check us in and when we asked for a blanket, he wanted to charge us for it. The room was right next to the night club where you could hear the super loud music making it impossible to sleep or rest. We prayed for it to close which it did at 1 am. There was also no hot water; it was barely lukewarm. Even the shampoo and soap at the hotel were terrible quality. The room had no window. The photos of the room have nothing to do with reality - the room is old and tiny with almost nothing in it. All in all, one of the worst stays we’ve had.
