Puerto Rico Convention Center (TMobile District): the largest in the Caribbean and one of the most technologically advanced in the Americas has around 10 restaurants, huge sports bar Arena Medalla, Caribbean Cinemas VIP, a concert venue, and even a Toro Verde zip line!
La Placita de Santurce: a local market with various restaurants and awesome nightlife.
Explore Miramar: This up and coming hip street is filled with dining and shopping options.
Old San Juan: There is s a lot of history to be seen, great food, drinks, and shopping.
El Yunque National Rainforest: El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only tropical rainforest in the US national forest system.

Inside the property gate, you will have access to one of the assigned parking spaces on the right. You will have a unique code to access the main gate, lobby and your apartment.
The space features an open concept living and dining area with floor to ceiling glass windows that extends nature inside. Entering you will see two comfy sofas, a Smart TV, reading chairs, a dedicated workspace and a completely remodeled fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the dining area, creating the perfect ambiance for entertaining.
First Bedroom: 1 queen bed with attached bathroom
Second Bedroom: 1 queen bed
Third Bedroom: 1 queen bed
The three bedrooms are dressed with freshly laundered linens, fluffy pillows and high quality bedding.
The two fully renovated bathrooms are stocked with resort-quality toiletries and towels.
Alongside the kitchen, there is a full-size washer and dryer.
The property is located in a highly walkable area.
Uber is widely available in San Juan.
Car rental is necessary if leaving the city.
You will have gated parking for one vehicle inside the property.
This apartment is located on the second floor, stairs required.
