The property is big, clean and very well distributed to host a big family. The area is nice and safe, and close to many stores and restaurants: supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store and more. Ilia was very responsive to our questions and very helpful before and after arrival. She even gave us a good list of things to do and best beaches to go to. I would return to this property without hesitation.

Delighted to stay at Villa Teresa

The Villa Teresa was very clean with updated amenities. We had a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood seemed a little iffy, I would feel uncomfortable walking to any of the restaurants in the area. We felt safe at the Villa. We rented a car and if we ever did it again, I think we would stay at a hotel on the beach and forego the car rental. Driving was stressful, since we didn't speak spanish.

The house was very nice, very clean, and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house was a close and easy drive to the major highways, restaurants, and the beautiful Old San Juan area. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

What an excellent host and a beautiful space. I traveled with my family of 7 varying in age from 89 to 8. Such a convenient and ample Basecamp. Close to everything. San Juan is right up the street and the rainforest is only about 30-40 minutes away. Plenty of parking. The neighbors were all super friendly. We all fit very comfortably and even had extra space to spread out when we needed. The host is super responsive and helpful. I can't recommend staying here enough. We will definitely be back.

Everyone really enjoyed our stay! It was spacious and comfortable! Take Caution of the transition from the room to the dining area though, it was some what of a hazard, a small step that is not apparent to some! A trip hazard! Overall it was very nice!

This was rented for 10 adults, really just a place to stay together the night before our cruise. We all loved it!! It was comfortable, super clean, we all slept well, and the area was easily accessible from the airport and to the cruise terminal. There were 2 outdoor areas that were very nice to sit and visit. We all would have stayed there longer for a vacation in San Juan. If we are ever back, this is where we will stay! Thank you so much for having us!

Host was very accommodating and responsive. I had some issues with the air conditioning and it was resolved right away. Flexible check out time which was great since my flight was at 8:48pm. Location was great - short drive to touristy places. Only con I had was hot water - showers never got hot and slow showerhead even after replacement parts.

Beautiful Home

Absolutely beautiful home. This home was beautifully decorated for Easter and with inspiring quotes. I love the floors,kitchen,perfect bedrooms and bathrooms. This home is perfect for a large group. I travel with my family of 8 and we all were comfortable. Great communication with owner she answered all questions quickly. This home has everything you need cleaning supplies, kitchenware,blankets,beach toys,soap, toothpaste, even water and snacks. This home can easily fit up to 10 -12 people comfortably. Neighborhood super safe and with friendly neighbors. Check-in and check-out process super easy. Shopping and eatery’s are with walking distance. This home also has secured driveway enough space for a mini van. This home is about 10 minutes to the airport. I give this more then 5 stars absolutely amazing.
