It’s a beautiful place to stay, but I noticed the bed sheets didn’t seem clean. There were stains on the towels and bed cover, and the pillows had an odor, as if they had already been used. I’m giving it four stars only because of the friendly staff, the beautiful rooms, and the great breakfast.

It is in a great location relative to both downtown and Cal Poly. The staff was really friendly, the grounds are clean and cute and it was really quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Youngsters under eleven were running everywhere in the lobby and library area. Neither parents no QI staff did anything to control them. If one of those boys had accidentally slipped or crashed into someone there would have been trouble and liability. It was clean and quiet after 10 PM. Happy hour was nice. Breakfast was marginal. Food was not hot. Breakfast dining area was ok. Bathroom sink is in the bedroom. Which means using it would disturb anyone trying to sleep in. Poor idea. The heating/cooling unit was exceptionally noisy. We turned it off so it would not wake us up!

Definitely pleased with our visit. Room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the pool, gym, free breakfast, fire pits and lots of outdoor seating to just hang out play games or sit and read. They also have free Happy Hour drinks for adults and kids from 5:30 to 7:30pm each night and a nice BBQ pit serving food at the same time and everything is under $14. Quick walk to food and a 5 min drive to down town San Luis Obispo. Staff was amazing. Very sweet and accomodating. It was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Overall we had a great stay. The property offered many amenities such as drinks, a 24 hour market, and complimentary breakfast. The only drawback was the parking. We got in fairly late and the parking was pretty full and spots were tight. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean.
