Sitting on a hilltop with gorgeous views overlooking Escondido and it's rolling hills this charming home has everything you will need for a San Diego vacation or work away! This home has it's own private gate to ensure maximum privacy, a large front lawn, citrus trees for guests to enjoy, a game room, a large outdoor deck with a gas fire pit, a fully-stocked kitchen and much more! The first bedroom features a queen sized bed and personal TV. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite, and in-room TV.

There is an optional pull-out bed in the game room with a junior sized mattress perfect for kids, as well as a blowup mattress to use in office.

Please note this property is located at the top of a hill. When you first arrive to the property you will need to walk up the driveway in order to open the gate for cars. It is a short 2 min uphill walk to the front door from the pedestrian gate but may be difficult for some to access. We are happy to provide accommodation or assistance for check-in to anyone who requires it.

Wonderful spot

This is a wonderful home and property. Amazing views, peaceful neighborhood, great location. The house itself had plenty of space, the game room is great, and the deck is really lovely. We felt very comfortable here for our two week stay and were able to settle in and feel at home right away. Highly recommend!
