Comfortable apartment on the 5th floor, located in a modern seafront building with elevator, and a wonderful side sea view enjoyable from the balcony. It comes with an open plan kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. Main amenities included: A/C and one covered parking space at 250mt from the building (in Piazza Keplero). Perfectly located, just a few steps from the beach and close to bars and restaurants.
*Check-in: 16:00-19:00 (20:00 in the high season)
*Check-out: 09:00

-1 beach place per accommodation (1 parasol, 1 deckchair, 1 sunbed from the 4th row)
°Services/items not included-Mandatory>to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency:
-Security deposit: 100 euros>to be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection
