The villa is set in a natural oasis of over 9000 square meters, surrounded by centuries olive groves and the characteristic Mediterranean vegetation, the great garden features a private swimming pool of 10x4 mt. depth 1.50 with jacuzzi, there are sunlounges and umbrellas all around the pool, next to it guest have access to a first covered stone patio with external cooking are with BBQ wood oven sink and fridge, where to prepare amazing al fresco meals, next to the building there is a second patio with table and chairs.

Trulli Heaven is 110 square meters of elegance and tradition, the entrance leads to a large open space with living room equipped with fire place a double sofa bed, and armchairs, dining area and very well equipped kitchen, the right side of the house there the Trullo side feature a beautiful double bedroom con ensuite bathroom this is the oldest section of the house; the left side of the house feature a second double bedroom with the bathroom just outside the room, and a third room with 4 single bunk beds with ensuite bathroom.
The villa has all amenities needed such as air conditioning, internet wifi, alarm system, private parking washing machine and dishwasher.

The villa is close to the cozy town of San Nicola Salentino about 2km away and offers all services needed; the white city of Ostuni is 10 km away, the Adriatic coast is 20 km with the wwf oasi of Torre Guaceto, the Ionian coast is about 50 km away; the UNESCO town of Alberobello 30 km away. Brindisi Airport 30 km; Bari airport 80 km away, same as for Lecce Airport.

A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
