The three guest bedrooms and all of the bedrooms in this hotel do not have air conditioning, not even a ceiling or floor fan. When I asked, I was told just a few rooms had a ceiling fan. So if you go to SMA in summer when it is definitely way to hot and you plan to relax in your room, forget about this hotel. especially if you are on the second floor (no elevator), the heat from the ceiling concentrates in the room and feels like an oven. Some of the guests had their room door open to get some air and cool the room. I asked for a refund, and fortunately, they were able to help me.

La habitación estaba limpia, solo que no corresponde a las imágenes mostradas. Es algo calurosa, si se requiere de algún ventilador como mínimo, se escucha todo lo de los otros cuartos y el exterior. El desayuno es muuuuuuy sencillo, solo es café, te, leche, papaya o melón, yogurt y pan dulce. La recepción siempre estaba cerrada y debía tocar para que me atendieran. Y a veces de mala gana. NO hay Internet en las habitaciones.

Esta bonito, amplio y cómodo. Único detalle no hay ventilación en el cuarto, no circula el aire y se sofoca, por el precio que pagamos para ser San Miguel de allende esta bien. Pero no dormidos por el calor, si viajan carguen con un ventilador jejjeje. No cuenta con aire acondicionado. Mucho ruido también por la cercanía de la carretera !!!

No existe desayuno diario, solo fines de semana y yo solo tenía estancia entre semana, (un engaño). No cambian las toallas, no había agua caliente en la regadera, el cuarto muy frío sin calefacción, por ello nos enfermamos de gripa y tos, el lavabo chorreaba agua fuera del lavabo y tiraba con fuerza la agua fría (congelada) a uno y esto era insoportable si te quería lavar las manos pues te mojabas la ropa. Todo esto lo reporte y al no tener solución solicite reembolsos de la última noche, ya no podías estar ahí. Todo mal!!!
