This is a beautiful hotel and I will gladly stay there again. It's a small and beautifully designed hotel in a great location just steps away from the pedestrian car free zone of the Centro. Service is excellent, hotel is very clean and filled with art and the rooftop terrace with the view is the icing on the cake. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast variety was very weak. Coffee was terrible undrinkable for me and others in group I was traveling with. It was a great location; rooms were clean and had space for luggage. Bathroom and walk-in shower were exceptional. Bed was very comfortable. Good choice if you are not looking for many amenities. No gym and you had to ask staff to get you ice.

This place was such a cute, clean and welcoming hotel. Close to el centro and you walk everywhere. It has a cute rooftop lounge and pool when you can see the parroquia.

My booked 2 rooms at the Hotel Madi and had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and was cleaned all four days we were there. The air conditioning kept our room nice and cool which is so important to me. The staff was very attentive and had someone that spoke English to help us throughout our stay. The breakfast was a small buffet that was "home-cooked" and delicious! I enjoyed using the pool and deck area. The views from the deck are stunning. The hotel is a short walk to the downtown the historical sights, many restaurants, shops and markets. Only negatives were that the rooms were pretty small and there was not great water pressure in our shower. But the positives heavily outweighed the negatives and we would definitely book again.
