Entire villa for 24 people with wonderful swimming pool

Farmhouse consisting of a single structure, consisting of a large apartment of about 150 square meters with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and large living area, 3 three-room apartments of about 65 square meters each of which consists of a kitchen with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, a triple bedroom with bathroom;
large hall for dinners.
We rent the entire farmhouse for minimum weekly periods.
Inside the farm there is also the apartment inhabited by the owner.

- The Azienda Agrituristica Santa Barbara Country House is located in the municipality of San Miniato, on a hill with a dominant view of the surrounding hills and the city of San Miniato al Tedesco, in an excellent position to reach the major centers of Tuscany such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, etc.
- The restoration of the complex was carried out with care and attention to detail, with exposed beams and bricks and finely furnished with poor art furniture to immerse guests in an atmosphere of ancient Tuscan rural tradition.
- The farmhouse includes 3 different apartments of various sizes, each apartment is equipped with dishes and bed linen and towels.
One of these apartments is inhabited by the owner.
- The flagship of the company is certainly the large chlorine-free swimming pool, purified with salt filters, located right on the highest ridge of the hill surrounded by olive trees and gorse, from which you can look inside horizon without being able to distinguish the end between water and sky.
- Upon reservation it is possible to dine in a cozy lounge obtained from the ancient stable, in the middle of which stands a large hearth, where you can discover the ancient flavors of Tuscan cuisine, in addition to our farm products in particular the excellent extra virgin olive oil of olive and red wine, mushrooms and truffles that are born in abundance on our farm, to conclude with the intoxicating vinsanto and the tasty homemade desserts.
- For those who love nature there are many paths through vineyards and woods that can be traveled on foot, by bike or on horseback, and then rest in our cool pine forest.
