A shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this level.

On the lower ground floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available. The first features a single bed measuring 80 cm alongside a French bed measuring 160 cm, while the second is furnished with a French bed measuring 170 cm. A bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and WC serves this floor.

The upper floor houses the remaining 2 bedrooms.
