Moriani-Plage is situated in the Costa Verde region on Corsica’s east coast, just 25 km from the airport and 40 km from Bastia’s port. The resort offers various amenities, including supermarkets, shops, markets, and restaurants. The area boasts a wide range of activities, such as golf, tennis, rafting, fishing, skiing, horseback riding, swimming, mountain biking, water sports, hiking, spas, and cinemas. The charming hilltop villages of Casinca, each crowned with a village, are only 10 minutes away. Stroll through narrow streets, visit baroque churches, and admire traditional stone houses. Don't miss the local restaurants serving fresh, regional products, and make sure to try Corsican specialty sausage at the butcher. Das Haus liegt sehr schön direkt am Meer mit einem Zugang zum Sandstrand. Die grosse Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick. Grundstück und Aussenanlagen sind leider ungepflegt. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz, die Bäder und Schlafräume sind in Ordnung. Der offene Wohnbereich ist ungemütlich. Kabel hängen wahllos aus der Wand, das Sofa ist kaputt und mit nicht passenden Überzügen versehen. Der Esstisch bietet keine Sitzmöglichkeiten wie aus den Objektfotos, dafür ist er mit einer älteren Plastikfolie komplett eingefasst. Die Küche ist marode! Die Schränke teilweise ohne Funier, die Türen hängen schief, die Abschlussleisten fehlen. Der Zwischenraum von Arbeitsplatte und Waschmaschine wurde mit Alufolie gefüllt. Das Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser waren unsauber, die Espressomaschine noch mit schimmeligem Trester im Gerät. Bis auf den Kühlschrank sind alle Elektrogeräte ungepflegt und haben Funktionsschwächen.

Deze villa was een verborgen parel! De locatie was perfect voor zowel ontspanning als avontuur. We hebben genoten van wandelen in de nabijgelegen dorpjes op de heuveltoppen en waren dol op het strand op slechts een paar minuten afstand. De slaapkamers waren ruim en boden een goede nachtrust. Als je op zoek bent naar een plek die voelt als een thuis ver van huis, dan is dit de plek. We komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable à la villa, Elle était super spacieuse pour notre groupe de 8, et la cuisine était entièrement équipée, donc nous avons pu cuisiner ensemble, La piscine était parfaite pour les enfants, Juste une courte promenade jusqu'à la plage aussi ! Le seul inconvénient était que le WiFi était un peu lent, mais cela ne nous dérangeait pas beaucoup puisque nous étions surtout dehors à profiter du soleil
