Nice and relaxing.

No beach at property but and snorkeling and beautiful views. And a shuttle to the beach that was very prompt and regular. Food was fine but nothing special. It was a quiet and relaxing resort.

The property has a very nice outdoor space with very feiendly staff. The effect of the pools being alongside the ocean is amazing! The food was average. There were not enough activities during the day. Overall it was a great experience!!

Loved that it was adults only- such a bonus we like a quiet evening most nights and days. 1st - the bars close at 1030pm every night - even before the evening show was over. Food at the buffet was pretty decent, mexican restaurant was delicious, sushi restaurant was disappointing: They got our order wrong, forgot one of our sushi rolls and we waited a LONG TIME for our 2 sushi rolls and tataki we were one of 3 couples in the restaurant. We kept having to remind him that we had an order and had not arrived after half an hour. and then he would disappear. Also- this is a PAY ONLY restaurant - not part of the all inclusive. a couples massage was booked for Sunday of our trip. I showed up early that morning to try and change my reservation from 11 am to 10 am told me she was already booked. I showed up at 10 to 11 and she was massaging someone which I assumed was the 10 am appt. It was not. She stated to me that I was the 10 am person, she added this person at 15 minutes to 11 knowing she had an appointment at 11 - which is unacceptable for the cost of the non RMT massage. I tapped my foot outside, wandered around, chatted with people right beside stating i was waiting for my 11 am massage. I waited and waited. massage did not start untill 1130- my spouses appt was for noon- it was late too as a result. Then she was ALL about the payment. the lobby stated massge first, payment later. Wrong. Very frustrating. Vomiting my whole first day

The pools and view are gorgeous and I loved having direct access to the ocean. There is no "beach" on the property, but you can hop on a ladder into the sea, which was perfect. I did not like that you could only borrow a snorkel from 8am - 12:30pm, so I just bought one. Also would have liked the hot tub to be hot - it was not. Overall, expect a beautiful property with some inconveniences. Our shower was *only* hot at 5pm everyday. The food was not good, and most of the food at the surrounding restaurants is also not good. The food is edible, it just isn't good. The "all-inclusive" price only includes well cocktails, some wine and presidente beer - everything else requires cash. The staff are lovely and responsive - just don't expect drink service or to be offered anything without asking first.

Beautiful clean pools, food was good. Housekeeping was awful, had to go the front desk multiple times for towels etc., service in general not great. Tip well, no tip didn't matter. Entertainment also sub par. Wasn't the worst but would not go back and wouldn't recommend.

If you’ve ever been mesmerized by TikTok videos showcasing the Dominican Republic’s crystal-clear waters, sandy beaches, and vibrant atmosphere, let me share the reality of my experience: it’s a gamble—and unfortunately, we lost. While the destination itself offers stunning views and friendly locals, the overall experience was marred by serious issues that overshadowed any positives. The Food: The meals were as bland as unseasoned oatmeal, but somehow still managed to give my wife and I food poisoning. Our vacation turned into a nightmare of fevers, vomiting, diarrhea, and body aches that felt like being stabbed repeatedly with dull knives. The food options were hard to identify, attempts at international cuisines fell flat, and the hours for food availability were frustratingly limited. The Room: Our ocean-facing room promised tranquility but delivered nightly bass-thumping music. The polyester blankets were stifling and unbreathable, and hot water was a rare luxury—sometimes unavailable for days. To make matters worse, touching the shower faucet could burn you. A family member’s bed spring was broken upon arrival and took days to be replaced, and the replacement revealed mold, adding insult to injury. The Service: The staff was friendly but spoke minimal English, making it difficult to communicate our urgent needs when we fell ill. It often took ages to get essentials like fresh linens.
