Extremely bad experience

I was given a complete different room, not for what I paid. I was given an option of a room with one bed and they were going to add an extra bed(this would have make the room very tight to walk. I declined the offer and asked for a refund, the employee while having the owner on a speaker phone told me that was not possible. I left without a refund. The pictures shown on their advertisement is not what I received.
