The cozy holiday home “Sa Pedra Romantica” is located in the town of Monte Petrosu, only a short drive from the sea, and is part of a well-kept housing complex. The bungalow consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. The private outdoor area comes with a little garden area, as well as an open and covered terrace, which is perfect for quiet evenings with tasty dinners from the stone barbecue. From the terrace you can overlook the shared pool area, where you can take a morning swim to start the day. You can find a supermarket and a butcher’s after a 9-minute walk (750 m), restaurants and cafés within a 7-minute walk (550 m), while a bar is only 20 m from the holiday home. The closest beach, Porto Taverna, is situated 4 km or a 6-minute drive away. If you would like to spend the day in a bigger town, Olbia’s beautiful centre is certainly worth a visit and invites you to walk around its narrow streets and and enjoy the old architecture and many restaurants and cafés. Just as Olbia Airport, it is located a 25-minute drive (25 km) from Monte Petrosu.

Leider ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur auf italienisch möglich,sämtliche eMails,Telefonate,SMS oder persönliche Gespräche vor Ort mussten mit dem Google-Übersetzer übersetzt werden. Großes Defizit ist, dass die Unterkunft über keinerlei Internet / WLAN verfügt.Hier sollte man unbedingt das entsprechende Datenvolumen einplanen. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist die Hölle, ich wusste gar nicht, dass es noch Matratzen gibt, die aus Federkernen bestehen. Beim Schlafen hatte man sich gar nicht getraut, die Schlafposition im Bett zu ändern. Das Bett war einfach nur eine Tortur. Leider war der Ofen defekt, was uns aber nicht gesagt wurde oder wenn doch, nur auf italienisch. Wir haben dann einen Toaster am zweiten Tag selber gekauft, um hier wenigsten Brötchen und Toast „aufzubacken/toasten“ zu können. Der Vermieter war dann aber bereit, uns den Toaster für die weiteren Gäste abzukaufen. Leider durfte man die Klimaanlage und den Wasserkocher nicht gleichzeitig verwenden, sollte man es doch tun, wird man ganz schnell den Sicherungskasten am Parkplatz kennenlernen. Auch das wurde uns scheinbar bei der Einweisung auf italienisch nicht richtig von Google übersetzt. Die Küche ist sehr sparsam eingerichtet, einheitliches Besteck, Geschirr oder Töpfe sucht man hier vergebens. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, leider habe wir keine Pflegeprodukte vor Ort vorgefunden, es sei denn, unter Pflegprodukte zählt Handseife und Spülmittel, das war vorhanden. Wände sind leider alle weiß!
