The pedestrian area of ​​the city center is only 300 meters away. Villa Mari is composed of 4 residential units, all with sea view and each with private appurtenances and which share large common areas. These include the sea view solarium area and an exclusive living area also this sea view. Children can also play safely since the outdoor areas of Villa Mari are properly closed from the outside.
