This pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 story home over looks the waters of St Georges Basin. With direct water access and plenty of room for parking, this property is ideal to bring the boat and kayaks along.   

Downstairs has open plan lounge, kitchen and dining with air conditioning, large bathroom/laundry room and the main bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and TV.

Upstairs features 2 spacious bedrooms both have 2 queen beds, lounges, TV's and air conditioning, 2nd bathroom and access to the top rear deck area.  

Only minutes from the world renowned Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring towns of Vincentia and Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

There are an array of outdoor activities and day trips to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, boat, kayak and paddle board hire.

This property provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats.

Clean inside

This property is located close to the water at St George’s Basin. My first impression was a closed gate to the driveway that was covered in more cobwebs than I’ve ever seen. The same for the gates to access the front door & back doors. (I cleaned these). The screen door at the main entrance was filthy & so were the windows in the main bathroom. There is no power access in the downstairs bathroom near the mirror to plug in a hair drier. The inside was clean, the kitchen very well equipped & the appliances seemed to be new. The property isn’t located near any general stores or coffee shops but it’s only a 10 minute drive to Vincentia or Huskisson. The WiFi was OK & there were TVs in each bedroom & the living area.
