This condo features a spacious open-concept layout with a modern fully stocked kitchen, oversized island, and stylish living area designed for gathering and relaxing. Two sets of bay doors open from the kitchen and living room creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living and allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery from nearly every angle. The private patio is just steps from Lake Erie with views of Jackson Street Pier, downtown Sandusky, and Cedar Point.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.
** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted
inside the condo at one time is 6 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.
**A Keurig machine is inside the condo and we supply regular and decaf K-cups.
** A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.
**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.
**The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this can vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.
**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.
**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.
**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
** Local guests must contact host before booking.
** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.
** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
