I walked in and the front desk lady immediately started to talk about how a bunch of crack heads pay for rooms there..? Very scary and weird. She would complain that people would come to the office with complaints that she was inconvenienced by. When we booked a room. We were under the impression that we would be getting the “suite”. We didn’t. The room we got was gross. The bed was sunk in, the walls were dirty, our feet were black just from walking on the floors. The rooms had poor lighting and a hardly working Tv with terrible WiFi…and the bathroom had a small shower head that didn’t even fit me! (I’m 5’3!). everything was in disrepair and gross/stained. Staying in the room was scary. The pool always had men sitting around it just staring at you when you walked around, and even during the night. It made me worry about break ins because the door was only locked by a key card fob and a chain link! And the key card failed multiple times! Beware if you’re a traveling female with children !

Dirtest, Nastiest, Trashiest.

This was awful absolutely awful. I walked to the room not even inside the room and the first thing I noticed was the terrible smoking smell coming from the ac unit. Smelt like someone took a dump in the unit itself. Walked in and found kids sheets. Torn, frayed, stained, and everything in between. I thought it couldn’t be worse just an uncomfortable sleep. There was mold remover sitting on the table. Singular table with nothing on it but mold remover. That did it for me. Looked around and found trash, wrappers, and dirt all over the floor. Didn’t take my shoes off was very very concerned about my health if I slept there. Mind you this is all within 10 minutes. I checked in at 11:45 I have the time stamp on my phone of when I pulled in, I went to the front desk to ask for a refund. The guy told me I had 30 minutes to make any changes. I was then told that I missed the 30 minute mark when I tried to get my refund. I wasn’t in the room for more than 20 minutes and went straight to the front desk. If you have the option of sleeping outside in your car or sleeping here, choose the car.

Served uts purpose

Service was great front desk was super nice... complex is just very dated and not very clean... the pool area looked nice and the pool appeared clean and inviting. Rooms were dirty with cigarette burns in the carpet and bed sheets, walls were scuffed with dirt streaks and the AC unit was very filthy blowing out debris

I gave this property all the benefit in the world. And I do believe with some housekeeping changes it would really be quite nice. Unfortunately, when we arrived our non smoking room smelled quite a bit like weed/smoke. The bathroom needed more attention or attention at all, I had to clean the toilet seat because I could clearly see that something was on it. The bathroom door had stuff on it that I just completely avoided but a good wipe down would have fixed all of that. The comforters were stained and had burn holes. No signs of bugs or anything like that so that was reassuring.

Pay more for better

The room we had was very small, concerning looking with the mattress, sheets. And bedding and pillows. Whole room made me feel uncomfortable with the cleanliness. Check in was great. The gentleman who helped me was so nice. We got the room on a deal so very very very cheap. I would Suggest getting a more expensive room because I’m sure they’re nicer.

The last three nights of my stay I saw two roaches crawling on the microwave and refrigerator in the room. I have stayed here previously and would do so again. Hoping this was just a one off and that they have it taken care of before I return.

Its ok!

I want to start off by saying, i got what I paid for!!!! 1 night/2 rooms was $162. The lady at the desk was beyond kind and so helpful with anything we needed! As we drove to the side building to go to the back entrance, we were met with a lady sitting in a chair her nightgown (it was 6pm) showing us her under carriage (lady flaps per say). Kids loved her uniqueness they said! (Teens) Upon checking the 1st room, it had a horrible stench. Could not pin point it but it gave me a horrible headache. Beds looked clean and things seemed to check out ok. Went to other room where by the eye, everything seemed decent. We settled everyone into the rooms. My husband then decided to remove his flip flops and proceeded to walk around in said room. His feet kind of stuck to the carpet as it had someehat of a gritty texture. In the 2.2 seconds he had his flops off, his feet were darker then the night to come. Flip flop went back on! I had taken a call and went to my vehicle. Thats when want to be bruno mars decided he wanted to seranade his young lady friend to classic "just the way you are". Not a bad tune i must say but he had to have a karaoke machine in his car cause it was pretty loud! Pool was ok. Except we kept finding pieces of wig hair floating around. Beds were comfortable and showers were on point! Needless to say, close your eyes while driving in, where shoes around & to bed, bring air freshener and if your feeling lonely gead out to the parking lot for a concert!

Can't beat the price compared to others around. Especially when you're barely in the room. My only complaint was our room smelled like cat pee really bad. Burn holes in comforters.
