Itsenäinen guest mökki. Olemme juuri päättäneet lisätä uuden maton ja maalin joulukuussa 2016 yhdessä keittiöön ja uusi takapäähän. Uudet kalusteet ja uudet sängyt, joissa on untuvapeitteet. Ei lemmikkejä. Yksityinen kotiin kaunis näköala Little Cottonwood Canyon. Alle 10 minuuttia Alta & Snowbird hiihtokeskukset. Lähellä Brighton ja Park City hiihto samoin. Vasta refinished ja valmiina rentouttava loma. Nauti kaasu takka ja katsella lumen. Helppo kävellä Bus / Liityntäpysäköinti sekä Alta & Snowbird Resorts. Pääsy Kylpytynnyri ja BBQ grilli. Gazebo alueella. Olohuoneessa on suuri HD-TV, bluRay ja suoratelevisio, jossa on elokuvakanavat, ruokailutila, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, täysi kylpyhuone päällä. 1 makuuhuone pää ja 1 iso makuuhuone yläkerrassa 1/2 kylpyhuone. Parvella on parivuode, mukava rakkausistuin, 32 tuuman HD-televisio BluRayn kanssa ja paljon DVD-levyjä. Suksivarasto. Kaasuliesi, mikroaaltouuni, graniittitaso, kahvinkeitin, Ninja Blender, kahvia, kuumaa kaakaota ja teetä.
Tämä mökki on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Alta View Hospital. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Eric was a great host and was extremely welcoming. He even had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids. The cottage had everything you could need. He also had a number of great restaurant recommendations. If skiing at Alta or Snowbird in the future we would definitely come back!

We have stayed in many short term rentals, and this one is easily in the top five. The hosts are the most wonderful humans and clearly love welcoming people to this lovely cottage behind their home. Eric welcomed us upon arrival (despite it being 10pm) and walked us through the cottage to show us all features. Shauna insisted on plying us with baked goods, having Eric deliver them with instructions to eat the chocolate banana bread while it was still warm. Every amenity was considered - from robes to jars of peanuts and M&Ms to a bottle of wine - and the kitchen was one of the most completely stocked we've seen. There was a selection of teas and hot chocolate, and even books and games were available. When we had a problem with one of the toilets, Eric had it fixed while we were out. We truly felt like visiting family while we stayed at the Ivy Cottage and will absolutely come back!

We were greeted by Eric on arrival, he walked us through in making sure we were well informed of all amenities. Wow, a personal touch rare to see. Clean, super well equipped kitchen, numerous personal touches. Many late afternoons relaxing after spring skiing gazing at the view as the sun set. Thx and shall be back soon

Perfect spot for a ski trip to Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons. Hostess was so nice and the sunset view from the backyard looking up the Canyon was beautiful. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

IMPRESSIVE!!!The Ivy Cottage was the best EVER!! So many thoughtful amenities than I’ve ever had at a vacation rental. They offered robes, slippers, spa sandals, ski gloves/helmets, boot warmers, laundry supplies, treats, tasty homemade salsa w/chips, wine, seasonings, & many other kitchen essentials & so much more than I could list herein. I see why they have a 5 STAR rating. I’m spoiled now as I move on with my adventure to 2 more vacation rentals for the next 3 weeks.As a solo woman traveler I felt safe here & appreciated the peace & quiet. I felt at home. Even the sound of the wind chimes were pleasing to the ear. My intention was to ski but I only got 2 of 5 days in. Rained Tues/Wed, but when Friday came the thought of sleeping in the upper room was more appealing than skiing at a crowded resort. It’s sincerely hard to depart from this wonderful place.One of the GREATEST part of my stay was Eric’s amazing massage, with brushing, tuning fork, oils, etc. So good!! I had a massage Monday and couldn’t leave without another massage Friday. I will definitely come back for more massages when I return homeward to the Sierra Nevada, CA towards the end of my trip. I was hoping for a quiet weekend at a private place. The outdoor sitting area was around the corner from the main house but the host said their grandkid was coming over the next day and will probably be running around. The hottub was just outside their house door with new puppies barking at you when you go over there. The only part that's really private was inside the house. And even some of the windows didn't have any kind of blinds or curtains to cover it. The throw blankets also smelled like dog and like they haven't been washed in a year. I thought this place would be private but it's a fixed up separate garage. It's not what I was hoping for.

Check in was very easy and the owner met us and gave us a quick tour. They have a helpful video all about the property and where to park. We arrived late at night and this made things much more straightforward.
