We had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites Orlando. We were traveling as a family of five, and from the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. We were greeted by Jeff, who truly made our stay exceptional. He helped us check in in the friendliest and most welcoming way. When we mentioned we were in town for a week-long soccer showcase and were planning a trip to Disney, he immediately offered to help. Jeff gave us great recommendations, helped us with planning, and shared different ways we could save money on our Disney trip. Thanks to him, we had the best Disney experience. Our stay at the hotel was just as great. The customer service and hospitality were outstanding, and all the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. The rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a family of five—and the continental breakfast was very good. Because of the amazing service, especially from Jeff, we will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend this hotel!

My family and I booked a stay for 5 days, and they did not clean the room during our stay. Even when we went to the front desk and asked for room service, they only said: “Today we don’t clean the rooms because we don’t do it daily. And the next day will be the same, and the next day as well.” As a result, we ended up without toilet paper, with a lot of trash in the room, and no clean towels. Terrible, terrible! I give them zero.

Staff were great, very helpful; room was very nice but sofa was low and the mattress had a large dip on the right side. This caused extreme pain when I woke up in the morning. The mattress would cause me to not book here again.
