Tämä on pohjakerroksessa 1,235 neliön jalka huoneisto, joka on kauniisti sisustettu. Voit kävellä suoraan ulos näytön suljetusta lanai-keskuksesta pihan puutarhoihin ja sitten uima-altaalle ja rannalle. Siinä on ylimääräinen Suojattu lanai, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, suuri huone, ruokailutila ja täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on lisäistuimia.

Huoneistomme päivitettiin vuosina 2016 ja 2017 3 uuden TV: n, uuden lattian, uusien kylpyhuoneiden, uusien ikkunoiden ja ovien, uusien keittiökoneiden, pesukoneen ja kuivurin kanssa. Makuuhuone on ylellinen king size-vuode ja vierashuone on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, uudet vuodevaatteet ja ranta teema. Elektroniikka sisältää 55 "taulutelevision, TV kaikissa makuuhuoneissa, videonauhuri ja DVD-soittimet, langaton internetyhteys ja CD-soitin.

Tämä huoneisto on hyvin varusteltu keittiö jokaisella pienellä laitteella, jota saatat tarvita. Se sisältää myös rantatuoleja, hiekka-leluja ja Tommy Bahama -korin, joka kuljettaa kaiken.

Lämmitetty uima-allas, tenniskentät, shuffle-lauta ja BBQ-grillit ovat vain muutamia Loggerhead Cay -hotellin mukavuuksista. Tupakointi ei ole sallittua huoneistoissa.

A happy return

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! This was our first time back to the island after losing our timeshare to the hurricane. And this couldn’t have been a better spot. Our family of four loved everything about the condo. It was spacious and clean and beautiful. Our girls loved the bedroom with colorful matching twin beds. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Loading up the cart and walking down to the beach was a breeze! Many happy tears were shed. Already looking to book again!

Sisters Annual Vacation

We had an amazing week. The condo and property was perfect. We had everything we needed. The host provided a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms as well as beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. The pool was great as well. The location on the island is super convenient to everything and it was easy to navigate. All in all we loved it‼

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a quick walk to the beach and had all the amenities needed. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had upon arriving was some uncleanliness of the floors. The owner was very responsive and apologetic in regard to this. Overall, we were very happy and would stay again!

Welcome back

What a great property to welcome us back to Sanibel. My husband and I have not been to Sanibel since 2015, and this year we came back with children. It was such a great time. Very convenient location, and great ammenities. The outdoor patio offered a beach wagon, beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The communcation with Steve was wonderful. I told him that we are booking for next spring break. We cannot wait. Highly recommend picki g this as your place to stay.The putdoor patio was equippped

Happy return!

This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. Steve checked in with us throughout and we had no problems. The unit is just as pretty as it looks in the listing. Bonus: the shelling and dolphin sightings were spectacular!

Great property & gracious hosts

We love staying at this condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the many conveniences in the condo and the closeness of the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and provided a helpful list of recommendations in the area. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful condo

I can not say enough great things not only about the condo but the owner Steve. We came in 2 days after Helene hit. Steve kept in contact with me during the storm and was very honest about everything. We are so thankful we went. The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more! A condo I will want to come back to.

The condo has a great layout. Everything was clean and new. This condo has a nice location. Just about everything a renter might need is provided. The condo owner was alway accessible and stayed in contact with us. It is a drsma free rental.

Beautiful Condo

We have rented from Steve and Wanda many times and have always found their unit in immaculate condition. Besides being a first floor unit which is great to transport luggage, it is a short walk to the pool or beach. For us, it is the perfect vacation to travel to Sanibel, enjoy the many fine restaurants and just relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

Relaxing stay in Sanibel

Steve and Wanda have a stunning condo. We appreciate everything they provided to ensure we have a wonderful time. I have stayed at many rentals at Loggerhead Cay and this one has to be my favorite so far. Beautiful beach theme, very clean, and ground level. We had a great time!

Just what we expected, great! Our condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Steve was a perfect host.Even with all the rain we still enjoyed our trip. We loved The Magic Bus. Great latte’s, ice cream & smoothies! We went several times! Jerry’s grocery always everything we need. And Doc Ford’s was delicious! We rented bikes and were able to get several rides in before & after the rain. We can’t wait to return to see more progress on our fave island. Thank you Steve & Wanda for your beautiful condo!

Sanibel sanity

Accommodations were new, clean, as advertised, and perfect for the two us. Location was right on the gulf and easy to get to. Plenty of things to do in Sanibel and Ft Meyers. The island is still recovering from the 2022 hurricane but many/most of the businesses are open and eagerly accepting vacationers. Very friendly. We recommend this unit and would gladly return if circumstances permit. Thank you Steve and Wanda.
