Multiple patio accesses are located off the living area, allowing guests access to the expansive wraparound patio featuring ample seating. Featuring custom cabinetry and granite countertops, the kitchen is centrally located with entrances off the den and front entryway. Guests will find a convenient bathroom (featuring walk in shower and single vanity) immediately to the right after entering the residence. The washer and dryer are located immediately beyond this bathroom separated from the bathroom by a pocket door.

The bedrooms are separated from the living area by a lengthy hallway, providing plenty of privacy from the living area. The primary bedroom features fantastic and sweeping gulf views with en-suite patio access and an en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. There is also a large walk in closet beyond the bathroom. The primary bedroom features a writing desk and 55 inch Samsung smart TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located just down the hallway from the primary bedroom and each feature a king bed. In terms of amenities, Gulfside Place is likely the most finely equipped community on all of Sanibel.
