Sundial B306 unit Sunsanibel has a direct oceanview complete with sliding glass doors to screened lanai that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. B306 was completely renovated and refurnished in 2025 with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, plank tile throughout (no carpeting). Furnishings replaced in 2025 Our condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 smart TVs, free wifi, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, & wagon for the beach, beach toys, games, books, etc. High chair available for our younger guests. Keyless entry--no running around to pick-up keys!
More favorable rates are weekly Sat. to Sat. This is a separate property from the adjoining Sundial Resort and rates are significantly lower.
