The property is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Sanremo and the train station. Not to be missed: the Casino, the Ariston Theater, the seafront promenade with its seaside bike path, and the gardens of Villa Ormond and Villa Nobel. The beaches and downtown bars for shopping and aperitivo are also beautiful. It's an excellent base for trips to Bordighera, Dolceacqua, and the nearby French Riviera. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the living area: a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar for quick lunches and a bright living room with a sofa bed and access to the balcony.
