It is perfect for those looking for a modern and comfortable living solution near the sea and the cycle path in a well-served and quiet area. Not far away you will find the Sanremo Casino and the Ariston Theater, two of the main attractions of the city. The center is enriched by boutiques, historic cafes and typical restaurants.

Entering the property we are greeted by a horizontal corridor. Immediately on the left we find a large open kitchen with dining table, sofa bed, television and access to a private balcony. The balcony is equipped with a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying the view of the cycle path and the sea.

Opposite the entrance door is the bathroom, equipped with toilet, bidet, shower and sink.

Finally, to the right of the bathroom we find the double bedroom, also with a window overlooking the street and the cycle path.
