Receptionpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Reinigungspersonal darf an der Freundlichkeit noch arbeiten (zur Frühstückszeit den Boden nass aufnehmen und den Gästen dann den Frust servieren ist etwas unpassend)
