I came to this resort expecting relaxation and hospitality, but instead I left hurt and disappointed after experiencing blatant racism. From the moment I arrived, I felt singled out and treated differently from other guests. Staff members were noticeably less friendly, gave dismissive responses to simple requests, and even ignored me while assisting others who came after. What should have been a peaceful vacation turned into a series of uncomfortable encounters that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. No guest—regardless of race—should have to question whether they’re being treated fairly or valued equally. I brought my concerns to management, but the response was defensive and dismissive rather than apologetic or solution-oriented. It’s extremely disheartening that a place promoting itself as “luxury” could lack such basic decency and cultural sensitivity. I hope the resort takes this as a wake-up call to provide proper diversity and sensitivity training to their staff and to genuinely address the discrimination happening under their roof. Until then, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone who values respect, equality, and basic human dignity.

Overall it didn't reach the 5 star service we expected. Hotel and facilities are lovely you can never get a sun bed tho! So there's not enough beds for the amount of people. Food was utter rubbish! Same buffet day in day out quality was poor dry heated up food with same cheap rice pizza pasta options. Service was ok found some staff members rude. I waited in a que for buffet on the day of arrival we arrived before check in so had no room number yet. Just my wrist band for all inclusive. I was told I couldn't go in to eat after queuing as I didn't have my room number yet I did explain. I had to go and wait at reception for the lady who was very helpful to tell them I am able to sit down and eat as I've paid for all inclusive this starts as soon as you arrive regardless if the room was ready or not. So the staff don't seem to be up to date or fully trained. No tour of the hotel or told were restaurants are food times nothing! All a guessing game. Staff member didn't know the answer to a question understandable he was new but good customer service results in finding out for the customer he was not interested in doing so. Room was average clean etc we got a rubbish view of a wall even tho we booked a sea view which was a shame. Overall as I say hotel facility's were nice to look at I just wouldn't stay here again as it was very average for the price we paid we've had better food and service in lower star hotels.

The grounds were lovely, however we paid for the signature level service which turned out to be a total waste of money. It was impossible to get a sunbed every day and really hard to confirm reservations in any of the a la carte restaurants. Unfortunately TRS seems to be more interested in selling day passes to other non resident guests so it was over crowded for the guests that were paying to stay in the hotel. We were also asked to pay for items that we hadn't asked for upon check out. This was eventually rectified but the manager made us feel uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money for Signature level!

Nice hotel with great staff. Be careful - reception states the In room Minibar is free but actually this is limited to retain items only! This should be clearer. We did not get a room upgrade and also had to ask a few times for the free gift stated with our booking.

Beautiful property, modern clean rooms and wonderful staff. The food and drinks were good. Quiet and great for resting and enjoying the pool after night out. The beach was lovely. Would have been nice to have more food options especially for late night hours.

Fun hotel to stay at for sure! Good vibes - nice tranquil rooftop bars, and music by the pool on a Friday! However the pool can be very crowded… Walkable to the beach that connects to another so for those who enjoys a swim is perfect. Also has nice restaurants on the beach. Nice rooms as well. Clean and neatly furnished. Just a tad far from most of the clubs but I guess you know what you are choosing when in San Antonio

Fabulous hotel, one of the few that I would go back to. Staff amazing, long(ish) stroll into town, only 20 mins to Ibiza town in a cab - excellent.
