Great hotel but beware bathroom floors are marble, shower designed so the water runs over the floor and only had a tiny bath mat. On the first day of our stay husband slipped and badly injured his leg which ruined the trip as we couldn’t enjoy the clubs we had booked. Hotel staff were nice but nothing they could do, made us feel like we were trying it on. Such a shame as would have been a great stay but spent the three days in pain, spent a fortune on club tickets which we couldn’t enjoy.

This was our third stay at the hotel and we enjoyed it as much as ever. The food is very good and El Gaucho and Helios restaurants are well worth a visit. There are 2 separate pool areas, so if you want a quieter day in the sun, you have that option.

Hotel was very nice with access to a lovely coved beach . The rooms were very nice . Would have liked a shower cap . The only problem we found were the lifts were very slow only 3 small lifts for a very big hotel.

TRS is a lovely hotel...my partner and myself had a delux sea view room and included all inclusive... The drinks were ok...the food for an all inclusive was very good...room was good...pool and outside facilities very good...would recommend if you dont mind busy hotels...

The bathroom required attention, disappointed that certain cocktails were excluded from all inclusive such as strawberry daiquiri. Difficult to book in the a la carte restaurants. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel.

Five star and then some!

Absolutely fantastic place. The food selection and quality was absolutely first class. The food truck was a particular highlight. It was also refreshing to have a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses at every meal, rather than just at breakfast. Also, fresh olive bread at breakfast was to die for. The entertainment was spot on. Laid back vibe but just enough. Rooms spacious and spotless. Two minor issues. There was dog mess in the gravel for several days despite the grounds being well tended. The mats on the sun loungers had seen better days. We will be returning. Thank you

We stayed for x2 nights when we arrived I couldn’t get a booking for either of the a la carte restaurants on both nights but I explained to them only here for two nights and they accommodated me in both! The pools were fabulous we came off season so plenty of space around the pools Loved the roof too pool and bar Will come back again for a x3 day break for sure Breakfast fantastic we didn’t pay for the upgraded all inclusive but if your into old fashioned and negroni you better go for the ultra! A really decent all inclusive

The best hotel I have stayed at, not only were the staff amazing but the stay was worth every Pennie spent. We had suit which was all inclusive, which I would highly recommend to anyone staying at this hotel. The quality of food and drinks is excellent. I well be rebooking very soon.
