Located two minutes by car from San Lorenzo de Balafia, a small town in the north of the island of Ibiza. A quiet place, ideal to rest and to enjoy just five minutes by car from the beautiful Calas de Benirras and the Port of San Miguel. Its architecture is typical of an old Ibizan house, with whitewashed walls and sabina ceilings. The interior of the house was completely renovated in 2016 and the exteriors have been made new in 2017.
It has all kinds of services and facilities: swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, garden, barbecue, internet, wifi, television, air conditioning, fireplace, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and iron. Cleaning twice a week and linen are included in the price.
It is perfect for 8 adults to occupy since it has four spacious rooms, three with double beds (two of them "KING") and one with two single beds.
However, up to 9 people can fit since one of the two dining rooms has a sofa bed.
Likewise, the house has two dining rooms, two interior and one exterior bathrooms, and a kitchen with an office area to eat.
Outside, there is a large private garden with swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, pergola, Balinese bed and sun loungers.
It is an ideal house for families with children or for groups of friends who want tranquility, privacy and comfort.
