Villa Cas Puig is a homely villa that offers its guest all the charms of Ibiza. A recently villa with a Mediterranean garden a large swimming pool, a barbecue and modest sea views. A ten minute walk will bring you directly to the sea. The price of the refundable security deposit and the tourist tax is not included in the price, it is to be paid to the agency.

The villa has 300 mts2 and it is like two houses in one starting with the ground floor wich has tree bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, an ample entryway and a fully equipped kitchen with a spare room. Meanwhile the upper floor has its own entrance from the garden. The space covers two double bedrooms with their own photo-balcony as well as a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

In addition to the rooms are the 2 fully equipped kitchen and a large salon and dinning area.

The villa is located in a quiet residencial area and is only ten minutes by foot from Portinatx beach where you have your pick of local restaurants, supermarkets, water sports, boat rentals, glass bottom boat rides and shops among many other features.

The is space for outdoor relaxation. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high speed wifi. The nearby baches are beautiful such as Portinatx, S'Arenal gran, Cala Xarraca, Cala den Serra, Cala Xucla, S'illot des Renclir.....and many more.
