This modern villa is located on a hill near the Cala Vadella beach in the San José area.

The property offers a private pool and barbecue area with several chill-out lounge areas just 200 meters from the beach.

The huge shaded roof terrace with a large sofa in the living room offers you the perfect place to enjoy stunning sunsets and end each day of your vacation in this magical place.

Among other things, there is a small apartment on the ground floor, near the pool area, with two bedrooms and a private kitchen. The living room is located on the first floor with a fireplace, a large sofa and an outdoor table. Also on the second floor there are two more bedrooms, each with two separate beds, as well as the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The villa is 20 minutes by car or taxi from the main points of interest in Ibiza city and the airport. And in less than 5 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the southwest of the island.
