The house has a large barbecue area, surrounded by a pine forest, so the tranquility and privacy make the house a special place for relaxation; It has a privileged location, due to its proximity to the most beautiful beaches in the southwest of the Island, Cala Tarida or Cala Conta beach with the most beautiful sunsets on the island. The nearest town is San José, where you can find almost everything, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, coffee shops, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The closest restaurant S ´Espartar is just 3 minutes walk from the house, one of the most traditional mediterranean restaurants within the municipality of San José.
