Very quiet, it is at the end of a small country road. The house, newly renovated in 2016, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is decorated in a modern style, yet it retains the typical Mallorcan features. On the ground floor are two of the six bedrooms, both with two separate single beds. The living room is small but cozy, where there is also a modern bathroom with a large shower. The large, typical Mallorcan kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space for everyone! With large dining table, small seating area for adults and children, large fireplace and beautiful views to the sunny terrace. A second terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset, is located behind the living room. On the first floor you will find the remaining bedrooms, all double rooms with 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. From one of the bedrooms leads to a small terrace with great sea views. In the living room, kitchen and hallway of the first floor are air conditioners. The house has Wi-Fi. The absolute highlight of the house is the outdoor area with a large 13.5mX5m pool and a great covered, glazed terrace. Perfect to celebrate barbecues! Large dining table, with a cozy pallet sofa and a small barbecue hut. Also right by the pool you have a fourth bathroom with shower. There are covered parking spaces right at the entrance to the finca, as well as 4 bicycles that you can use at any time!
