Staff was terrible, not decent people and arrogant… Customer service is non-existent. Besides the price of the Hotel they charge you to park at least $20. No water, Not even a single bottle of water in the room. Mattress quality? If I tell you how BAD the bed is, you wont believe me. Put is this way, the worse bed at your house is better than the Baymont San Diego Hotel Bed. Thank God I was there only for one Night.

was in great shape and clean rooms. modern touches like electric plugs and USB connections on the lamps. Nice refrigerator and microwave. Great lighting, liquid soaps and conditioners in bath. King bed, couch, desk, 42"TV. Only complaint was the TV remote was confusing and not working correctly. the Guide comes up but can't go from guide direct to channels. Also incorrect channel info.

Good value & location

Good clean room. Place to stay if want a simple, clean place with a good breakfast offered. Comfortable bed/bedding. Not for you if want more of a "hotel". Definity would repeat.

Overall clean, new, nice. A glitch with the hot tube. Needed manager to turn it on from some backroom. Rather helpful staff. Good corporation. Not ultra luxury but rooms are rather nicely appointed.
