Vakavasti, Downtown Villa on erittäin vaikea voittaa. Olemmeko maininneet, että sijainti on täydellinen? ... No, se on mainitsemisen arvoinen uudestaan ja uudestaan. Pysäköi auto tai hyppää Santa Barbaran keskustan Amtrak-asemalle (vain puolen mailin päässä) ja varaudu vakavasti upeaan kokemukseen. Useimmat päättävät jättää auton pysäköityyn tai lähteä lyhyen Uber-matkan suosittuihin kohteisiin tässä kauniissa kaupungissa. Four Beach Cruiser -pyörät ovat myös mukana tutkimaan ja kiertämään!

This property was first rate. Great location near the main shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. The house is well stocked with everything you need and lots of space to lounge around. The private patio is great for enjoying morning coffee. There is ample parking. Highly recommend.

Best VRBO in Santa Barbara!

This was by far the best VRBO in Santa Barbara, CA! The location was prime and the home was luxurious. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The house had something for everything! We traveled with kids and the home was very kid friendly. We played games and the back yard was a little oasis. I would highly recommend this VRBO and I will definitely book again when I am in Santa Barbara!

Perfect family getaway

Great House in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 6 adults in this property. Everything is very walkable, the house has everything one can possbily need and is beautifully furnished. The backyard is great as well. Only thing to mention is that the windows are a bit thin, so keep that in mind when booking.

Spacious with great location

Stayed her with three other friends for a getaway weekend for She is Beautiful. Love the location to downtown, easy walk and we biked to our run/walk. The home has lots of room, we were only four so it was almost too big! (we had a couple last minute cancels). Kitchen is well equipped, we made a couple dinners there. A mini-split in the dining/kitchen are which we definitely needed as it was a warm weekend. I did miss having ceiling fans in the bedroom but there were standing fans that worked quite well. The house has plenty of parking. we hope to be back.

It is a beautiful house, furnished nicely and perfect location. However the entry, in/out gate, lockbox, doors a challenge. Need a more modern lockbox. It’s ancient. Door open/close a challenge. Pull up, turn key clockwise or wait counterclockwise. Instructions yes, but not easy as could be.

Perfect spot with literally everything you’d need!

This villa was amazing. The proximity to State Street was perfect. A short walk to the Funk Zone and the Pier. Very clean and I’ve never stayed at a place that has literally everything you would need for your stay!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa.

I used to live a few blocks away

Must be recently renovated. Very well stocked and clean. Walkable to everything on mid to lower State St. Easy to find with plenty of parking off the back yard, which has a nice area to just hang out. Santa Barbara isn't what it once was, nor is the rest California. This house is an excellent place to stay to experience downtown. Hopefully things will change and the area will get back to what it once was. Santa Barbara is still worth a visit and this house is an excellent and comfortable hang out.

Santa Barbara gem

This was the best house we've rented. Even better than the pics. Although it was just the 2 of us this place would be perfect for a family. Our only comment is that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Downtown Villa. The home was well-decorated, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It's ideally located to many restaurants and the beach was a quick bike ride. The property is perfect for a family vacation. We'll be back soon.

Bring a flashlight

The unit was lovely, comfortable and well decorated, and the location is in the center of everything downtown. The reason for the low rating is access, which was detailed for me three days before arrival. I was dropped off by my taxi at 10:00 pm. I walked around to the alley, held my phone flashlight to the keypad to access the gate and then played Find the Lockbox, beaming the flashlight into all the corners of the yard. I called the office - no answer - duh and finally found the lockbox and was able to open the back door to access the unit. I would never have rented and paid a pretty penny for a rental that had to be accessed from the alley, especially as my arrival was at night.

Excellent location. Short walk to state street, grocery store. Well cared for inside and out. Minor issues checking in but was able to contact manager quickly and rectify. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

We selected this location based on the numerous positive reviews. We weren’t disappointed. The home is charming, has everything you would ever need, and is ideally located. Cota Street can be a little noisy if that type of thing bothers you, but we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would stay here again in the future.

Exquisite!

Extraordinary and exquisite! This is a delightful property, with an unparalleled location. Everything from kitchen supplies to outdoor furniture and beach supplies were fantastic for me and my wife, and our adult kids. I honestly was worried that it looked too good to be true... but it lived up to our greatest expectations. We will be back!
