Relax and recharge in your private backyard paradise:

Unheated, chlorine-infused, shallow infinity pool & spa, perfect for day or night swims, with an electric cover. Pool temperatures are around 75°F in the summer without heating, and we ask not to heat the pool during the winter months. If you wish to heat the pool, please reach out to arrange and cover the $1000 per month heating charge to cover the costs, as indicated in the pool waiver signed before arrival. Walking children are not permitted as there are unprotected heights (20 feet) over the edge of the infinity pool.

- No smoking inside or outside. Santa Barbara is a smoke-free city

- The property features high-end furnishings, artwork, and leather sofas. The property with be thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to check-in, and any damage will be the responsibility of the guests.

- No children are allowed unless specifically requested and approved by the owner

- Guests will be requested to sign a liability waiver upon reservation confirmation

- Ring camera installed on main entrance; no recording devices inside the home

- Bi-weekly professional cleaning required at $250 a service


CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Full refund available up to 28 days before check-in
- A 4% credit card processing fee applies to cancellations via direct bookings at any time.
