When I booked a with trivago, it did not tell me that there was no breakfast.There was no lobby. The mediocre breakfast sandwiches were too expensive. We heard knocking and noises all night. We asked housekeeping to clean our room when we left for San Francisco and when we came back to the hotel for the evening our beds were not made. Trash was not emptied. I had to do it myself.

Reserved a “deluxe room 2 double beds. Room received is a single Double bed room. Staff has been responsive , polite, professional , and accomadating how ever we have a double bed and 1 rollaway bed. Not what I paid for or reserved .

The room was very nice, staff was very nice. We ate in the hotel and the food is limited menu, but it was really good. We also had the buffet breakfast, also very good. Only problem we had was the air conditioning was terrible. Went to see the 49ers game and it is literally right next door. 5 minute walk. Perfect for game day.
