This nice property is built in the upper part of the city of Caniço, where the good sun exposure and sea view offer good moments of relaxation and well-being.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The interior space is decorated in a simple and practical way, with a spacious living room equipped with a sofa bed, giving a maximum capacity of five people to this property. Next to the living room, there is a generous balcony with sea view, where you can relax or enjoy your meals, with all the quietness that the area offers. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make all your meals.

AREA
Tranquility is the word that best defines the surroundings of our apartment. From here you can go to any point of the island, due to the proximity of the highway access, which allows you to move quickly to the points of interest. Near the apartment there is a restaurant. A five-minute drive away is the center of Caniço, where you have access to pharmacies, bars, restaurants, a hypermarket, and a medium-sized shopping center. If you wish to find other types of places or activities, the city of Funchal is 20 minutes away by car.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

‱ Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
‱ Parties or events are not permitted.
‱ Pets are not permitted.
‱ Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Great stay at Canico V on winter

Nice place, near the bus stop and close enough the shops and restaurants. Clean and well equipped apartment. We travelled with group of 4 persons and this was great fit for us as there was bathrooms and bedrooms for both couples and functioning kitchen. There was also enough extra blankets and heaters if having cold, but as we are from Finland, we didn't need those ;)

Excellent accommodation completely sufficient for ordinary travelers. Don't expect luxury, but the rooms are clean, there are 2 showers, the equipment of the kitchen was also excellent. The communication was very nice. The whole island is beautiful and full of various wonderful attractions. Thank you.

The apartment is nice and well-kept, fresh bedding, clean toilets. The apartment is very well equipped, there is a hair dryer, clothes dryer, microwave, bakery, many kitchen tools. Nothing is missing, there were no problems with anything. Contact with the staff was immediate and effective.

L’appartement est parfaitement bien Ă©quipĂ©. La situation est Ă©galement bien comme base de dĂ©part pour des visites sur toute l’üle. Une voiture est conseillĂ©e pour ces visites et le stationnement Ă  l’extĂ©rieur et Ă  proximitĂ© de l’appartement ne pose aucun problĂšme. A proximitĂ©, Ă  pied, une « boulangerie-pĂątisserie », des arrĂȘts de bus pour Funchal si besoin et non loin en voiture deux supermarchĂ©s. TrĂšs bons conseils d’an Island avec des sociĂ©tĂ©s locales pour le transfert d’aĂ©roport et la location de voiture.

Appartement poussiéreux, congélateur sale, drap tache, vitres sales traces de mains et de pieds, wc lunettes cassees, odeur d'égout dans une salle de bain.Pas d'aspirateur pour le nettoyage journalier. Personne a notre arrivée sur place, personne pour l'état des lieux à notre départ.Assistance téléphonique à notre arrivée afin de trouver l'appartement la nuit ne parlant pas le français.

SEJOUR MADERE

Appartement conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Par contre dans l'annonce il est précisé qu'un parking privé à l'appartement est disponible et gratuit. ( C'EST FAUX ) il faut chercher une place dans la rue tous les jours. Il serait souhaitable que la personne de TRAVEL MADERIA qui réceptionne est quelques connaissances de FRANCAIS.

Nice apartment!

Spacious & clean apartment and fully equipped. Nice view from the balcony. The only downside: the dogs of the neighbors! They stay outside all night and then bark a lot. It has kept me awake for hours ...unfortunately.
