I’ll start this review by saying that I rarely leave them. Sleep is just an incredibly important integral part of me being able to enjoy a vacation, of which, this hotel does not permit. The room was extremely small, but clean, and the location was awesome. That said, you could hear every minute sound happening both in the rooms above you, as well as outside of the door. The cleaning crew pushed a cart past my room at 9am that was so loud it sounded like it was inside the room, causing me to awaken suddenly startled (after a night of horrible sleep as is thanks to the room above). The room didn’t have a blow dryer despite advertising it would. I notified the front desk, and they told me they’d need to take one from another room, which let me know that someone else’s room is now going to be missing a blow dryer. The remote didn’t work to the tv, of which, I also notified the front desk about. They knew of this as being an issue, but they didn’t know how to remedy it so they provided me another remote with hopes that it would do the trick. I ended up having to use both remotes for the tv — one to change the channel, and another for the volume. Definitely a minor issue, but one that might matter to some. All in all, this hotel gave bigtime motel vibes and for a steep price at that. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here unless your only concerns are location and cleanliness and you don’t require sleep.

Parking was an issue if they run out of parking you have to find street parking and pay the meter, No luggage carts to take your luggage to your room room was very small for the price bathroom smelled like sewer very bad $690 for two nights, not worth it at all. We did have a balcony with the great view there is construction going on across the street and the morning was very noisy was woke up early by all the noice. They should advise if the Construction work and parking in advance I would have never booked if I knew in advance

Overall it was a good stay & made good memories with the family. Being literally steps away from the beach & boardwalk was so convenient. We all enjoyed the balcony. The staff were amazing. Everything was clean. I asked for more towels & they brought them personally to our room. The only negative is that there’s no breakfast included which means a lot more money spent. I didn’t think it was a big deal at first but I will not return for that reason alone. I’d rather stay at a hotel that includes breakfast because it makes life so much easier. My last complaint is that there’s a huge construction site right next door. My balcony had a good view but the ugly construction was a big eye sore. Also, the construction site created extra noise that ruins the mood. The walls could have used extra sound proofing. I could hear my neighbors sometimes & I didn’t like it.

Great prices, very clean, right across from beach

Our stay was amazing!!!!! They were very clean, eco friendly, and beautiful rooms. The rooftop patio is gorgeous and the cafe downstairs is pretty tasty and serves local coffee. We were nervous because the tight parking and construction reviews, but we had NO ISSUES. The double pane windows block out 98% of the noise and they don’t start until after 7am. The parking is standard spaces, we have an suv and there were about 6 trucks parked in the lot. Views in pics are from the rooftop patio.
