It’s not our first time staying at Aguas, it’s been quite a few times that we stayed there with family and friends. This time we were 2 families with 4 children from 6 to 14 y/o. It was our first disappointing stay in this 5 star hotel. Housekeeping was pushy, we had to ask several times just to get more than 2 towels, the rooms weren’t ready for the kids upon arrival, and we had to make the children beds ourselves. There was no drinkable water in the room. Room service was terrible, between the non delivery to the wrong door delivery waking us up at 7AM, it was just annoying. The hotel was fully booked and the staff was clearly overwhelmed.

Nice hotel

Really nice hotel, however it had only recently opened for the season so felt there was some teething problems, a few examples included, not being left any tea and coffee in our room, one day we were left no towels, we only had water in our room on one day (we stayed for 4). At check in all staff were lovely, but more information about the hotel would have been useful, we wasn’t aware of the hour that the children could use the spa until another guest told us. We did use the kids club, which the children loved (however the advertised themed activities weren’t taking place) we then made use of the adult only area on the roof, which was absolutely beautiful. We took this kids up here one night for a meal, again this was beautiful, the food was amazing and the kids ate every last bit. Pool area was nice, a bit more attention to detail could have just made it that bit better. Having said all this I would go back again 😊

Really beautiful hotel with great amenities. Only one downside was I was waiting for my room to check in - about half an hour late. The room housekeeping / cleaning was good but could have been a bit better - forgetting to stock water and few other small items we had to chase. However, overall an amazing hotel which I would definitely recommend and come back!

Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful.The adult roof bar with sun loungers is very chic. Only issue is the cost of drinks and meals are very expensive. Gin 16 euros, add the tonic for another 7 euros is just too expensive.

Lovely stay at Aguas De Ibiza the roof top pool and bar add a real wow factor. The spa access is a lovely treat too which gives this hotel something different. Room well decorated and very comfy bed. Would 100% stay here again.

Overall the hotel was really high quality with some super friendly staff. Good location, fab room and Spa lovely. A few things need sorted out to take it to another level. E.g. like the electrics to make the curtains work or consistency around house keeping (sometime would get wrong number of towels, no turn down service)

Lovely hotel although wifi didn’t work at all from Wednesday to Saturday and connection to TV apps never worked - reported many times. Not something you’d really expect at this price - five star hotel with 1 star wifi. Also had an issue with the room - on check in room had one bed and a small sofa so had to pay more to get double and a single which was exactly what our booking said?! With the upsell charge it’s really not worth it. May have been bad luck - hotel nice - excellent breakfast.

This is the first time in many years of staying in 100s of hotel that I leave a negative review. The reason is hotel had no water occasionally for 3-4 days at the time of our stay. I have pictures of dark water, unclean rooms but if that was an accident or incidental situation the manager and staff were doing nothing to help as we were a group of five couples staying there. They never offered anything positive. Any other hotel would have at least try to do something. How somebody stays in a hotel with no water to shower and bath. We tried to stay out of the hotel most of the times to Clean ourselves. Also I don’t know how they were able to sanitize towels and dishes and etc. We were so afraid to get some sort of diseases. Don’t stay there as not only it was an unclean and unsanitary place but the management of hotel had zero of any compassion for any kind of accommodation. As a doctor I was horrified until getting out of this dirty place.

Not as good as you would think

The hotel was ok. It looked nice and from an Instagram perspective it looks great. Unfortunately little things were off that made what we thought was going to be an amazing stay, just an ok stay. For example, there were water leaks in the bathroom. Elevators closed or only taking you to certain floors. Inattentive (and lack of) staff at the signature roof pool/bar area. All small things in themselves, but they add up unfortunately. It's a good hotel, but not the great one it projects on social media.
