Beautiful house located in Santa Eulalia, more specifically in San Carlos' area which is a very peaceful and quite place but at the same time very close to Santa Eulalias' town and to outstanding beaches. The house has an Ibizan style with modern features and Italian furniture. The house is fenced and is formed by the main house and a guest house surrounded by the outdoor spaces with the swimming pool, chill- out place, garden and swings for children.The main house is distributed in 2 floors: downstairs is a big living room, a kitchen with American table, a double bedroom with a ensuite bathroom and 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom is located and it counts with a ensuite bathroom, a walkable wardrobe and a balcony.Talking about the guest house, it has a double bedroom with a ensuite bathroom, a living room with fireplace, modern kitchen and a gorgeous chill-out area with a Balinese bed.All the property can hosts to 10 people: 8 people in the main house and 2 people in the guest house. Outdoor spaces are relaxing, comfortable and very well equipped with the refreshing and big swimming pool, hammocks, lawn, kids area with swings, wooden house, slide and ping pong table. Besides there is a dinning table and a barbecue place. Villa Rural is recommended for all kind of groups but more specifically to families with kids.
