THE KITCHEN

The hand-carved cabinets and wood-beamed ceiling frame sleek new countertops and premium appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, espresso machine, and Ninja blender. The picture window over the sink frames views of the surrounding juniper forest, while the vibrant colorful touches add personality and warmth.

RELAX & RECHARGE
Cozy up in the movie den, complete with vintage Southwestern film posters, a large Smart TV, and deep leather sectional seating — perfect for movie nights or afternoon lounging.

For moments of calm, the sunroom/yoga space offers a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, ideal for morning meditation or reading. A rollaway twin bed provides extra flexibility for guests.

BEDROOMS
- Primary Suite: King bed, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.
- Bedroom 2: Two twin beds (convertible to a king), Smart TV, situated on the main level of the home.
- Bedroom 3: : King bed, Smart TV, large windows, and abundant natural light.
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed, Smart TV, and dedicated desk/workspace — perfect for remote work.
- Sunroom: Rollaway twin bed for flexible arrangements.

All rooms are thoughtfully furnished with luxurious linens, room darkening curtains, and touches of local artistry, ensuring both style and comfort.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to a covered back portal with sumptuous lounge seating, and a brick patio with a fire pit perfect for evenings sharing stories with good company. The separate outdoor dining area for eight invites you to enjoy meals beneath the stars, surrounded by peaceful pinon and juniper trees and glimpses of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. A gated entrance, ample parking, and fenced area for pets make this home as practical as it is beautiful.

PETS: Up to 2 pre-approved pets allowed with non-refundable pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

STEPS: This home is two levels, stairs are required for all areas of the home. The main level of the home with living room, dining, kitchen, and one bedroom is 1/2 flight of steps from parking areas. Remaining bedrooms and both bathrooms are down a short flight of stairs.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, snow/ice, COVID-19 restrictions, etc. NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
