Santa Fe living at its finest. Come relax in the cozy designer decorated fully furnished one bedroom one bath single level condo at the highly sought out Tierra De Zia Condominium community.
The quiet ground-floor condo has Saltillo tile floors in the main living areas and laminate wood floors in the bedroom. Southwestern touches include beautiful Mexican tile in kitchen/bathroom and living room. Living room has a wall nicho. En suite bedroom has a walk in closet and full bath. Kitchen has a built in microwave, copper Spanish style chandelier, large wall mirror, electric stove, garbage disposal and dishwasher. A copper painted kiva fireplace graces the living area which has French doors looking out to your private patio. Enjoy the pinon trees and eastern facing mountain views. 30 DAY MINIMUM FOR BOOKINGS.
