This property is in an enviable — an excellent location. Unfortunately, it’s tired and depressing inside: the interior hallway and room paint-scheme is far too dark; the interior carpet is worn, dark, and seems unclean. The furniture in the rooms are all different and it appears all were purchased at various garage sales. The elevator(s) shake. It’s depressing to see such a prime property in such a state of neglect. Walk 30 yards over to the Eldorado, and you will have the perfect example of a hotel that values its location and its guests.

Our reservation date was messed up on Expedia for an ADA room. We did get a room but it ended up being a non-ADA room. Even being a non-ADA room there should be some kind of non-slip material in a slippery porcelain tub/shower combo! AND there is nothing to grab on to if you do slip. So BE CAREFUL! My husband did slip and fall and is still in pain.

Nice hotel in Santa Femstyle. Rooms are fine. Bed is comfortable, bathroom well appointed. Always confused on selection of furniture in room. Corner couch was large, but back made it uncomfortable to sit unless you used a pillow for your back. Closet in bathroom strange.

Arrived late. Reserved a king deluxe room. Initially given a room with what looked like 2 double beds. Back to the desk, given another room. The second one is what we reserved. The room was very nice. Clean, comfortable. The only issue we had is there is no ice machine. You have to go to the main lobby where they have ice in baggies for you to pick up. This was a first for a hotel. Especially a Hilton. Parking is $31.00 per day. Seems a bit much but... Overall, would stay here again.
