The space
With breathtaking views of the Jemez mountains on the horizon, this amazing 1100 ft.² one bedroom adobe structure has an open floor plan and each space filled w natural light. The softly curved design tiled entry features stunning stained glass, a variety of plants, and is awash with warm sunlight! Sparkling clean. This main entrance is on a large shared porch w the Casita door across. Main house also has private back porch entrance.

Dark starry skies, twinking town lights below the horizon.
Full kitchen, well equipped. Electric washer dryer, large beautiful shower, no bathtub. Woodstove, hot water based board, as well as mini-split for heat and AC.
Solar carport with EV Tesla plug for charging.

Bedroom is thoughtfully appointed and designed to be partially open to the living room. You can relax in bed and enjoy the special mountain view or look out on the lights of Santa Fe to gain inspiration while writing at the spacious built-in desk.

Guest access
Both the Casa and Casita have access to the entire 4 acres. Casa and Casita main doors enter on the shared front porch.
Walk the labyrinth in the back, and you can wander down and around in the Arroyo. Walk down to the hammock, and up through pink granite rocks,
to the top of the hill for more spectacularviews!
A short path just above the solar carport, go to the bench and the wind chimes with a glass of wine to witness incredible sunsets.

220 volt EV charger available at the carport.

The Casita across the porch is also an listing.
All views are private. 
You also have your own private west facing balcony off the living room.
Wonderful shower, no bathtub in main house.
You can rent one or both units!
Casita has a deep soaking tub.

We are 3/10 of a mile up a well maintained dirt road.
4 wheel drive sometimes necessary just after a big snow!
We have a snow plow service.

Mary Ann’s Mountain Retreat-CASA offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
