This delightful property is located on a quiet street in Quail Run, a secure, gated community of individually owned homes on 103 acres with a nine-hole PGA-rated golf course, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a 65-foot indoor pool. You’ll also love the full-service restaurant and spa services available to guests.
This home is a perfect blend of relaxing luxury and Southwestern design suitable for couples, small families, or guests looking for a serene spot while they visit Santa Fe for work or recreation.
Living Spaces
The open-concept living room is full of hand-selected local art pieces and high-end furnishings. It has a sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, an extra large wide-screen TV, a natural hide rug, and an adobe LED-candle fireplace. It is an excellent spot to relax in the cool of the evening, read a book, or watch a movie with loved ones.
Kitchen & Dining
The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals including a four-burner stovetop, dual oven, coffeemaker, and plenty of fridge and cabinet space. The large tiled island has bar stool seating and is an enjoyable place for preparing meals or drinks.
The dining room accommodates 6 comfortably and connects to the kitchen and living room. It is also an excellent place for catching up on some remote work or study.
Bedrooms & Baths
The primary bedroom suite features an elegant king-size bed, high-end furnishings, private access to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom with beautiful tile work.
The second bedroom has two extra large twin beds that can also be set as a king depending on guest needs. Additionally, the living room sofa unfolds into a queen sleeper bed to accommodate more guests.
The second bedroom and the common areas are serviced by a separate full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a washer and dryer in the hallway for guests’ convenience.
Outdoor Amenities
You’ll find patio seating at the front entrance of the house, while the rear side of the building offers peaceful trees and sunset views. Guests are encouraged to explore the many walking trails along the resort and to take advantage of the many outdoor recreation facilities.
This property is 3 miles west of downtown Santa Fe, the United State`s oldest and highest altitude state capital. The city was originally under Spanish and then Mexican rule, and its unique history, frequent community fairs, festivals, and celebrations mean there is plenty to do year-round.
Guests interested in local culture can shop for native crafts at the city`s markets and galleries, while history enthusiasts can visit the San Miguel Mission or St. Francis Cathedral.
Outdoor lovers will want to visit the Santa Fe River Park, Southern Railway rail trail, or neighboring mountains for hiking and biking opportunities, while culinary-inclined guests will love the area`s ubiquitous Southwestern and New Mexican cuisines.
Easy access to Santa Fe`s downtown (4 miles), Canyon Road (3.5mi), and Ski Santa Fe (20 mi) as well as close to the hospitals and attractions in the southern side of town (Meow Wolf 4.5 mi).
This property is 18 min (13.7 miles) by car, Uber, or Lyft from Santa Fe Regional Airport via I-25 N. It is possible to get around without a car and Quail Run itself is very walkable, though we usually recommend that guests have a vehicle for their stay.
This is a no-smoking/no vaping property. Guests are welcome to use resort facilities but must conform to facility regulations, including current Covid protocols (proof of covid vaccination or negative test within 72 hours before using the facilities.) Passes can be picked up at the front desk.
Kindly note that the indoor fireplace is not wood-burning and is for LED-candle use only.
Guests are afforded access to the following community amenities included with your stay:
-Health Club
-65 foot lap pool - reserve a lane from 6 am - 12 pm daily, open swim after 12 pm
