The room was recently renovated and was very nice. Everything soft was new. It was very clean, spacious and quiet The sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Gave up and slept on couch. We were only a short walk to downtown, excellent restaurants and the sites. Staff members were always pleasant and helpful. We came for the annual Wine and Chili Festival which was a bit longer walk but easily done.

We booked this hotel because the one we wanted was full, and with some reservation because there is no dining room. To our great surprise, the Villas of Santa Fe was wonderful! The stand out feature was extra space! One person could sleep while the other worked in the living room. The table could fit two computers. Lots of electrical outlets. Good kitchen with market within walking distance. Good location with easy walking to museums and restaurants and shops. Great place! We will stay here preferentially the next time. The extra space makes this place special.

September in Santa Fe

We thought the location was convenient for walking to the many sites we wished to visit. The interior condition of the unit was a bit worn (chipped furniture, for example). Did not find the decor very attractive and we did spend time each day relaxing there. All that said, we'd consider staying there again.
