The modern house, decorated with great style and marine ornaments, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious open floor plan living area with two sofas, Smart TV, AC and decorative fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with induction hob and all the amenities to cook delicious meals. The dining area offers unbeatable views of the pool. Completing the ground floor, you will find a guest toilet. Once upstairs, on the first floor you will find the 5 bedrooms, the first one with a double bed, TV, AC, access to the balcony, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom, with double bed, includes among its amenities AC, wardrobe, desk and also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a double bed with a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, AC, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobe. Finally, on this floor there is another bathroom with shower.
